- Minimum Age: Must be 21 years of age or older. The House of Harakhti does not engage with any person that is younger than 21 years old.

- Orders: Can be placed on our website and are subject to availability and confirmation.

- Payment: Due upon purchase or request. Non-payment or payments not transmitted within 24 hours  will result in a 20% administrative fee, compounded daily for up to 30 days. If a payment cannot be made in sufficient time, a partial payment is required before consideration of any financing option or other payment arrangement.

- Dishonor, disrespect, or impedance merits an administrative fee of $50 to $150 per instance, act, or behavior, and can be the basis for termination of a constituent's or client's status as determined by the House of Harakhti. Failure to pay the fee upon issuance results in suspension or termination of a constituent's or client's standing.

- Returns and Refunds: No refund or return is granted for digital or intellectual products and services provided by the House of Harakhti.

- Account: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

- User Content: You are liable for the content you post.

- Limitations of Liability: Our liability is limited as described herein. The House of Harakhti is only responsible or liable for its own actions or communication.

Full Terms of Service

(1) Acceptance of Terms

By accessing The House of Harakhti (https://harakhti.com), you enter into a binding contract with The House of Harakhti under these terms.

(2) User Responsibilities

You must maintain the security of your account and be responsible for all activities under your account.

(3) Communication Responsibilities For Constituents and Clients

Communication is vital and must be maintained to avoid operational disruption or liability. Any digital message sent to any constituent or client must be responded to in a reasonable amount of time (within 24 hours) when a response is merited. Failure to do this will result in an administrative fee of $50.00. Failure to pay that fee within 24 hours from issuance will result in suspension of all services and an administrative fee of $150 to reinstate or unsuspend any service. If a constituent or client must pay a reinstatement or unsuspension fee, then any future communications with the House of Harakhti will be billed $10 per message sequence per 24-hour period (this $10 covers all responses within that day).Failure to pay either fee within 24 hours will result in permanent suspension of all services, permanent revocation of constituent status, and/or the canceling of any existing contract, project, or task. Digital communication mediums include email, the Harakhti Communication Platform, Telegram, Text Message, or any form of digital communication.

(4) Purchases and Payments

When you make a purchase, you agree to our prices, payment methods, and additional charges that may apply under specified conditions.

(5) User-Generated Content

You own the rights to the content you post and give us limited license to use it.

(6) Prohibited Activities

You cannot use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purposes or engage in activities that disrupt the Service.

(7) Intellectual Property Rights

We own the Service and its original content. Our trademarks or other property cannot be used without our consent.

(8) Third-Party Links

We are not responsible for third-party links you may encounter through our Service.

(9) Termination and Account Cancellation

We may terminate or you may cancel your account in accordance with these terms. Any display of willful ignorance, asserted sophistry, logical fallacies, or presentation of flawed logic merits termination at the discretion of the House of Harakhti.

Our Service is offered "as is" and we limit our liability to the fullest extent permitted by law.
